Laundromats and Library Sales

I am now willing to admit that a laundromat has its uses. We are not best friends forever or anything like that, but they can get you out of a stinky spot. In this case, a complaining washing machine and a half washed set of nappies. I'm still not completely sure of the use of a dryer, apart from igniting your home while you sleep. sounds very reminiscent of the lifeline book fest up here... to their credit they hold it in the airconditioned comfort of the convention centre twice per year... although the tweed suits still manage to appear and if you don't have a trolley you are at risk of sustaining serious injury either by being run down by overenthusiastic shoppers or from carrying far too many books without the aid of at least a green bag.
