Either way you're torturing yourself. Yet, I'd rather know that I'd done all I could than die knowing I was a coward.

I have more problems with the latter than the former. In situations when there is something I could have done but didn't, I can usually just tell myself that things happen or don't happen for a reason, and that is that.

I just heard a country song on the radio (in Atlanta), a line reminded me of this post. The guy said, "There's so such thing as what might have been. That's a waste of time, it'll drive you out of your mind."

Pretty good advice I think, from a country song. I think I'm picking up a southern accent down here. We'll see you soon.
