Are you basing that on the Scrabble smut? ;) But yes, I think quite a lot is about to change for these two, if I can manage to get it written around actually posting something for the Advent. Thanks for taking a look! :)

I agree that this time frame sounds quite intriguing. Remus must have been mentoring Tonks for some while, given several of their comments -- meaning that they have also been friends for years already at this point?

That reminds me that I've been meaning to compliment you on being one of the few R/T writers who doesn't downplay their age difference without also turning it into a huge obstacle. I like the reasonable inference that Remus would have a considerable measure of worldly experience that Tonks just can't at her relatively young age, and I like seeing this point exploited and explored in fics. It can be a strength rather than a weakness within the relationship, after all.
