My sister just made a another threat about sending me off to a home or something becuase I am always in the way and stuff. If you were me would you let her or would you run from her.
You and your sister need to sit down and figure out what isn't working and how to fix it. If she has things she wants you to do (esp. out of the house) you two need to figure out why you aren't doing them and come up with another answer. But you have to be a full and equal participant in that, which includes volunteering ideas and not dismissing things with "I'm not that kind of person." Instead, think about why you don't want to do something that is suggested, and suggest a modification or alternative.
At the same time, you shouldn't volunteer to do things that you haven't been able to make yourself do in the past without coming up with a real plan or strategy for how it is going to work this time.
Your sister is a reasonable person who loves you very much. I'm sure that if you work with her you two can come up with something that will work. Good luck!
