I'm going gluten-free on the advice of my doctor. So far so good, but if anybody has any advice or tips (or knows a gluten-free restaurant option in Saskatoon), feel free to comment.
I'm going to pressure buck into opening a patisserie/tea shop with me in saskatoon that offers special-diet options, like sugar free, gluten free, lactose free, egg free... just because you have dietary restrictions doesn't mean you should have to forgo awesome desserts! Of course we will also have reg'lar fare as well, for hi-fat, hi-sucre, hi-gluten tastiness.
