The Vatican to me is the foundation of my parents' faith and religion. Even if I'm not apart of the Catholic church anymore, I still hold respect for it.

It's one the earliest foundations of Christianity, and despite it's short comings, it's something to be admired. Every religion has it's hardships and shares it's mistake. To condemn it for what has happened in the past, even if it's made attempts to redeem itself is a little ridiculous.

Faith lost it's high mark after they passed on.
