I can't believe I'm sleepy before 2am!

Today was a lot of fun. :D I went to Japantown in San Francisco with Yuri, Ryan (my brother), and Miko (his friend), where we met up with Molly articulation. It was my first time meeting an online friend irl, so it was pretty cool! We had a late lunch/early dinner at one of the restraunts there, where all of us except Molly had some kind of curry, haha. We spent kind of a long time in Japantown looking at idol mags- or at least, that's what Molly and I were doing. Yuri was looking at fashion magazines, and idek what Ryan and Miko were doing, lol. We also went into the video store, where we laughed at the crappy Chinese pirated versions of drama dvd's, and just talked about dramas in general. On the table outside the store, Molly noticed that there were fliers for an Arashi fan club...in Peru. I still do not understand. We also went into a few other stores, like a new 100 yen store (everything there was $1.50, but that was before we met up with Molly) and the Kinokuniya stationary store (there's a new downstairs portion with lots of cute character stuff, like Kutushita Neko and my personal favorite, Rilakkuma- I wanted to buy everything, oh gosh). Oh, and in front of this other video store full of super pirated stuff, there was an "Arashi corner" right in the front, with dramas the members have been in. I was very much amused. Anyway, it was a lot of fun~ And the drive (about two hours) was really nice too, because they weather today was amazing.

These are my spoils:

Three idol mags (one was on sale! and the Junon has a lovely Shun/Hiro pinup!), a Rilakkuma notepad and car air freshener (I did my best to buy things that are both cute and useful, even though I was really tempted to buy cute, useless things too, lol), and Castle in the Sky on dvd, for my growing Ghibli movie collection. A decent haul!

When we got home, I dropped off Miko and my brother, and Yuri and I headed over to young adults, where we chilled for a while, watching pairs figure skating. It was fun. :D The Chinese were so amazing! We really liked the pair that ended up getting the silver. Anyway, it was my first time watching the Olympics this year, so I'm kind of glad I did, haha.
