But in the series, she lives in Japan in around our timeline (?).
Typical Style of dress (pics are awesome): Well, she alternates between her school uniform and her club room maid outfit. And since I really suck at describing clothes lol pics.
Anything for aura readers/reiatsu users/sixth sense folks to pick up: Not really, there's nothing supernatural about her. XD;

What will incite emo? If something sad happens?! Or if she's reminded of all the times she's been moged.

How do they see the Island, in a symbolic, metaphorical sense: ... Well, first off it's a haven for anything Haruhi related. Since Haruhi is supposed to be her number one priority, if she's enjoying herself then Mikuru can. And as long as Haruhi's on the Island, Mikuru can't leave since lol supposed to be investigating her. And she's getting used to living there. Of course she wants to go back to Japan to see Kyon and Tsuruya and Itsuki and all of them, but Mikuru really wouldn't mind if she had to stay a little longer. As long as the world doesn't blow up back home.
