What's new? Well, I have been fervently working on music again. I knew that as long as the lapse had been when the urge fully hit again it would consume me and it has. I put up another new song on my efs page on myspace. It's called Shielded. I've had the music and a melody for quite some time but I never got around to writing lyrics for it and

I have far too many friends interested in Twilight that my apathy and ambivalence has transformed into outright antipathy. Plus the trailers just look ridiculously bad. I can't imagine sitting through it once, let alone twice.

Also, I really like your stuff and this is my favorite of the three tracks you've linked. Do you ever play shows?

Yeah, I was the same way about Twilight. But I also love a good vampire story. And this honestly reminded me more of the Lost Boys with romance than what it seems like. Thanks again for checking out my stuff, I'm glad you like it. Yeah, if it weren't for the newness to me of Chariot's Afire I would probably like this one better but I tend to like my newest song best, if that makes sense. Escape has never been anything other than a recording project unfortunately. The last band I was in was here in TN and we played a few shows in Nashville but that was metal stuff. The myspace for that band is www.myspace.com/kobayashi It's nothing but screaming though. The last time I played a show actually singing was in 2003 unfortunately. I've been trying to get a band together since then with nothing panning out long enough to play out live. I'm on the hunt again though. Maybe things will go differently this time.
