Hey guys, GOES-10 here. We're just chillin' out, watching Earth from way up high. Everyone in space is talking about LiveJournal and we thought we'd be cool and join too. There are 3 of us, but I'm the most "personable" of the satellites.

Anyway, come say hi! It's lonely up in space. Maybe I can find some of the other space peeps.

How's the space weather up there at geostationary altitude today? Down here at 765 km it's pretty fine.

Eh, not too bad. We had a little bit of magnetic interference earlier (UGH- sunspots SO rub me the wrong way) and some poppin' storms kinda over in Texas, but other than that just the same ol', same ol'. Yeah- I saw you were on and I was like, 'OMG, how cool!' because you know I always kinda had a crush on you. ;)
