you do not suck! and staying with her at home is a good idea. you might think you're not doing anything right, but trust me, you are. you might just have too much time on your hands to over-think everything. in a while, you won't just be at home any more, and you'll be glad you got so much time just doing that--it just doesn't seem like it right now.
but if you're worried that it's PPD, please talk to somebody about it.
1. You are so far from worthless, it's mind boggling. 2. You helped raise me through high school, and I credit you with a lot of my better qualities from that. 3. You're fucking AMAZING. Never think otherwise. 4. I miss you like WHOA.
Why do you feel like that?? You are so lucky that Kevin makes enough money that you are able to stay at home with Charlie. Alot of us don't have that. We have to work and we miss out on so much. You will never know how I felt when the sitter said...."guess what she did today"!! And, you do not suck at motherhood. I think all of us feel like that at first. It's just something new for you. Something that you have to adjust to. Wait til she gets alittle older, you will be glad that you can stay at home with her. You'll see.
When else fails remember, Nothing sucks till you turn it on. :D Just trying to lighten the mood darlin. Very soon you'll have your hands full and time gone. Try to enjoy these moments like the others have said.
