Well, at least it isn't rotten fruit.

[Don't mind him, he's just busy snickering to himself inside his fort. Except, ew, that last comment?] That's because rotten fruit's gross and kinda squishy.

[Taichi's aware of that as well, and he plans to use his kid-status in his favor. He sits up though and looks at Merlin from inside his fort.]

[Here comes someone sneaking right up behind Tai. He pauses to inspect the snowballs and stare curiously at the goggles, before popping up into the fort.]

[Orly. Taichi doesn't quite recognize that it's an older version of one of his best friends, but this guy's just going about his business...so he's obviously a perfect target. Taichi's going to attempt to throw a snowball at him anyway, just because it's funny.]

[Taichi's just laughing because in his child-like mind, his fort is keeping him hidden and protected. He'll barely poke his head out from the fort though to see who he hit, so really just the top of his hair, his goggles, and his eyes show up. Sup Yamato.]

[Mao is not having a great time during his trip to Luceti. First he was chased by a dog, now he's beaned straight in the face by a stray snowball as he's observing from a branch.

Have a flying squirrel knocked out of the tree with an audible "Ow!"]

[...if Taichi didn't know any better, he'd think that squirrel just said ow. But then again, animals do talk in Luceti...so he's peering out of his fort to make sure he didn't cause too much damage.] Oops.

Then Taichi speaks. He freezes, slowly turns, and... acts like a squirrel. This is a perfectly innocent escaped pet here, kid, nothing to see.]
