Hello,
I've just read your reply on the uk law forum. You seem to know your stuff. Okay, I'm preparing to get a divorce. We have a house now and have had a flat before then which I paid the deposit for. My friends have told me that because I have always paid the mortgage and most of the bills from my personal account, and my wife has only paid the odd bill, that I could claim for more than 50% of the value of our house. I can prove that I have always paid the mortgage, but cannot prove that my wife didn't give me cash. Any idea's / presidents on where I stand?
