Oy, I am exhausted and I shouldn't be. I got a late start today because I had plans that were a bit up in the air so I was waiting for a phone call all morning. Had to skip skating because it rained but I finally met up for a late lunch and then headed to the grocery strore for a couple things to cook for dinner, I had a dinner party! :)

Two months ago I was used to feeling run down after eating :(

The bread never dried through. The outside was dry and the inside was mushy but when you took a bite it turned into a dough ball. I'm going to try Juliano's Real Toast and see if I like that texture better. From the pics it seems nice and stiff with a bit of a crunch and chew. Have you ever tried it?
