Making and selling vegan cupcakes :) Could life get any sweeter? I'm going to get PAID to feed non-vegans super yummy vegan food. It all starts with a cupcake...

You know I quit my job at GNC last week because I couldn't stand selling all the whey and gelatin and so forth, it just felt like the right thing to do. And then this job comes along, I feel like I've been blessed for following my heart and my morals. Its all so fantastic.

man, I can't wait to move to a more enlightened region of the country where vegan-friendly jobs will be available to me! at least the dishroom manager at the dining center is understanding--he no longer assigns me to the pot & pan area where I'd have to handle pans of blood and grease. *shudder* Of course, there are few areas in that place where I'm NOT subjected to the smell of cooking flesh or meaty food garbage...but I just can't quit the place.
DAMN I want your job! but as I can not, I'll just be happy for you that you've got such a sweet deal.
