hee! that's me - managing to make extremely amateur knitting look like i did it on purpose! i think it helps that i have a pretty good eye for colour.

this one's for a blue-eyed wheat-blonde, so i thought the colours would be good for her. it's a pale aqua merino blend with tweeded flecks of chocolate, grey, and black. i knitted it together with a fine mushroom-coloured baby alpaca to make it soft and fuzzy *laughing* the next one's going to be the same mix, but the tweed is chocolate brown with caramel flecks (can you tell i haven't eaten yet today?) and the alpaca strand is fuzzy black. very manry *grins* i am seriously enjoying this!
