Darn, it has been a while since the last time I have updated this thing. Well, not much has changed. I still live in Indiana, still work for Wal-Mart, and still work in the grocery section of the store. I've seen people have a difficult time stopping with cigarettes, but it can be done. What I've heard works best, for most people, is that you just have to truely be ready mentally for it ("it can be done" "it will be done this time" and ready to put in a huge effort. So, that, having support (friends, family, etc.), knowing if you can actually go "cold turkey" or need to do it gradually, and other information can really help the process. Good luck with quitting; I believe you can stop. =)
Also, it's awesome you're almost done with your AA. Let me know when you finish, I'll have to give you a big congrats. ^_^ Good luck too with the Manager program.
