Send it into the manufacturer for repair. Their website will have a link with info on how to send it in.

My Dell warranty thing ran out a year ago. It would cost $400 or something for them to fix it.

Do you know where I can get a laptop monitor? Can I even replace something like this?

You can probably plug your laptop into a regular monitor to see if everything else works - I'm not the most knowledgeable person on laptops, but I'm pretty sure they all have like a d-sub plug for a monitor (it's what most monitors plug in with).
