Sleep? What's that?

Bad insomnia night. 5:30 am and I've yawned once. Someone turned off my "sleepy" signal! It *might* be caffeine... I had an unsweet tea at 5:30 pm.

that will do it. I TRY not to drink anything caffinated after 12 noon.
People thinks it's stupid but I'd rather be able to SLEEP at night then deal with the aftermath

I hope tonight finds you a visit from the sandman who is carrying the extra-strength-sleep-all-night dust!!!

And more of mine than I like. I try not to even complain. It's just that I've been trying *so hard* to be good and to avoid caffeine and get on a daylight schedule and then, yeah, not so much. Didna *really* want to see that sunrise!

When it gets really bad, I have to cut all caffeine out! Also, a night cap works wonders!
