Fever Delirium is fun!

So evidently, one of the side effects of me having a nasty fever and being sick last night was me calling and IM'ing other people, and discussing myraid and varied subjects at rifuckingdiculous o'clock in the morning. Eh, are you on actual drugs from teh pharmacist? 'Cause if not, a beer won't do you much harm when you're sick.

Um, you're not prone to being manic depressive, are you? (Rhetorical if you want it to be!) That can get complicated. If that's a factor, and you're sick and delirious...I dunno, eat no carbs, just meat and nuts and beans...and perhaps a multi-vitamin. And garlic. Um, and maybe some pickle juice or vinegar or even those electrolyte drinks like pedialyte if you're having...shall we say, a mass evacuation. Those zinc lozenges like Cold-eeze are good too.

Lots of nasty bugs going around this winter! Makes me wish I had real health insurance rather than just perscription and dental stuff. Ugh. Oh, and hold onto your job dude, recession's coming. Good luck!

beer very seldom does any real harm, and usually helps. I just try not to drink too often, due to... well, me, recently. And no, I'm not prescribed anything from work, or taking anything recreationally. Nor am I prone to manic depressive-ness, or anything beyond alcholism and one hell of a hot temper. I just get sick very seldomly, and as a result, losing my mind even temporarily is something I thought was notable ( ... )
