my sentiments exactly. i was about to say this in a more long winded and babbly way, but you pretty much hit the nail right on the head with that statement.
half the hamper was delivered on wednesday, the other half got lost. they refused to bring the other half around and blamed the delivery company. then they decided to give us the hamper we'd paid for but they refused to bring it over on saturday. it wasnt until i spend 30 minutes on the phone literally yelling that i wanted my money back that they said yes, they'd bring it round on saturday (xmas was on sunday, mind you!). then when i called to complain about the inconveinience and ude customer srvice, they offered me a $20 gift voucher towards my next hamper purchase. AS THOUGH I'M GOING TO BUY ANOTHER FRICKEN HAMPER!
