People who are still in high school shouldn't attempt to "plan their lives together," and then get all pissy when they break up.

HELLO! You're a fucking high schooler.

Especially when they're gay.

A true statement. What I don't understand, is the number of grown adults (gay men) who meet someone, move in together after two weeks and a month later they get "married" and brag about how much they love each other. They make a point to talk as if they are in it for life and nothing will change that. Fast forward another month and they have broke up and they tell you the news as if you are supposed to be shocked about it.

A week later, they meet someone new, and two weeks later have moved in together....

I see nothing wrong with it, actually. As long as they don't go into depressive mode and either never or take forever to pull themselves out of it. Love is everywhere, and it reaches us all if we just take a moment to notice it. There is absolutely no reason to be so upset over something as simple as a good love going bad, because everyone wants love... and therefore it's just a matter of reaching out to someone at the right time.

Not as simple as I state it there, but it is a rather simple process in the long run. I've found that stupidity isn't nearly the problem as impatience. A stupid but patient person is much more likely to find love and much more likely to be happier in love than an intelligent but impatient person.

The person I'm talking about became really queeny and dramatic when it happened. Like.... pulling over to the side of the road to throw up a few times.

I'm just too cynical. That age just doesn't seem like the most opportune time to make those sorts of plans.
