Doing laundry is complicated.

Well, scratch that. Doing laundry for one person is complicated. Especially when I don't have a good supply of lights that I can wash together in one load. I know how to sort laundry........ just not when the ratio of light to dark is very small. It's almost like I have plan out when I do my laundry so I get the most ( Read more... )

Yeah, rethinking the way that you do stuff can lead to a better and maybe even more FUN way of doing stuff.

Welcome to the hell known as RTD :-P It's called "Reason To Drive" for a good reason. Well, maybe it's not that bad but it's still not all that great at times. At least you live close to a major bus line.

And coincidentally I am doing my laundry right now also.

Hee hee - I see someone else already told you RTD's nickname (Reason To Drive.) It's either good or bad - hopefully you can figure out the 15, the 10 and some of the other easy routes.

Welcome, by the way - was wondering when you'd get here.

BTW, RTD isn't as bad as some people say it is. I've made the observation that most of those who hate RTD the most are those who don't understand the concept of waiting for a bus that stops at every other block and runs on a fixed schedule in the first place. Plus, in the area of J&W, it's really easy to get downtown (and from there to many other places) by RTD.

I feel sorry for y'all. Here at the apartment we have our own washer dryers and even at the campus dorms there's a washer/dryer facility on the bottom floor. Even then students don't have to carry money, they can just use their school ID and Moneymate system (ID is used like a debit card for money on your school acount).
