I immediately thought of you when she said "Tennessee"! Back in my previous life as Cateressea, I recall a post to which you responded with a request for 100 acres of bottomland in Tennessee, I believe? At the time, I thought "HOW many acres, hahaha?"

Or maybe it was 400. Anyway. ;)

Wow. Oh, I mean, oops. Misread Nashville as Knoxville - my parents are about sixty miles out of Knoxville. But they're about 110 miles out of Nashville. :p It's purty there.
