Despite thinking of her in a sister kind of way, Bill thinks Athena Herald is "hoooootttt" and is weirdly and inappropriately attracted to her. He also honestly thinks she's got no idea of that.

Hahahahahaha, she's seen plenty things creepier than a teenage boy with a harmless crush. Really, she just finds it too cute for school (and might be plotting some good natured embarrassment when he's older...)

LOL, that's a good point, the people she'd see as a cop/attorney/mentally ill person would totally out creep him.

She should embarrass away! He'd deserve it and probably even be flattered, ha.
