And who or what constitutes inhibiting his ability to be balanced? I mean it is pretty shitty that his own questions about the outside world can't be answered. I am not sure about this plot it still makes no sense to me.

What happens if someone proves to be able to come and not be angry? If they answer his questions like Taylor did will they be kicked off? If that is the case what is the point anyway?

I'm not asking this to be mean it just makes no sense from a muse perspective. Even an even tempered person might say that his family misses him for example. This doesn't clarify much because everyone is still going to get booted for normal conversation with Billy so why even try and visit?

Who, right now is inhibiting Billy's balance? Anyone who's pressured him into things he didn't particularly want to do. Anyone who puts their own feelings above his. Anyone who neglects the fact that he's a child, and as a child he's allowed to screw up, repeatedly. Anyone who tells him he's been waited for for ten years and guilts him into a relationship he's not happy in.

Someone who comes and is not angry, as long as Billy wants to see them, will not be told to leave. If they get angry, their words will come out measured and steady,
as Justice's Island is balanced. However if the words themselves upset Billy, the person will be asked to leave. Justice is more than willing to let anyone come around. But it is ultimately Billy's choice as long as they do not upset the balance of the island.

Normal conversation would never be a reason to be "booted".

When he's made his decison what he really wants on his own terms, Justitia will consider him re-balanced.

Then in that case Taylor should have never been veiled. He was answering Billy's own question/comment with observation alone.

If normal conversation is no reason to be booted then I don't understand why people are being banned. Because we should remember at this point even Snake has made amends with Billy so there is not much reason to force a man away who has given Billy his forgiveness.

I still don't understand who or what forbids people. Especially when people are forbidden who shouldn't be while others make him angry and are not.

You're right, I messed up a bit on that one, all those people making him angry should have been veiled too, rather than Taylor. I'll delete that last comment with Taylor and re-post and fix that with other people. That was my fault for forgetting.

Justice is who forbids people. I messed that part up and now I appear not to be getting tags so grr.

Alexis would love to visit him, with or without the kids, but she also completely understands if he just wants family around right now and sends all of her love.

<3 He'd love a visit from Alexis. Probably without the kids this time, though there are other kids on the island, we could always say her kids were off playing with them.

<333! Well, they can always stay home with Lucius as well, it's absolutely no big problem. Just let me know when he'd like to see her and she'll be there!
