IQ: He’s a very smart kid; he has always made very good grades in school and college. He graduates near the top of his medical school class from Columbia. He's very well read and aside from being book smart he's good with logic and extremely talented at winning arguments.
Phobias/Fears: Failure. Ending up alone. Rejection in particular circumstances. He's a big worrier in general and has been on anti-anxiety drugs since middle school.
Religious Beliefs:Though his Uncle is very religious, Bill is rather agnostic. However, he strongly believes that everyone is entitled to their own beliefs. He believes that people should be respected for their beliefs, not shot down.
Intolerances/Annoyances: Racism, elitists, people who purposefully don’t include everyone in the group, snobs, cheaters, perfectionists, people who are extremely lazy, people who are condescending, people who talk loudly on their cell phones when he's trying to study, people who don't listen and anyone who picks on his family or friends. He also hates people who are impatient or intolerant.
Quirks/Habits: Billy is a huge worrier. He’s always had anxieties but as he grew up many of them faded away. He loves his family, friends, and girlfriend more than anything and would die to help them. He’s generally very curious and gets suck on ‘what ifs’ a lot of the time. He loves to learn new things and is convinced the world is just a plethora of knowledge for anyone willing to take advantage of it. He cares about everything really deeply and that can leave him worn out but that's just the way he lives.

Present Background
Occupation: College Freshman at Columbia University. Pre-med major, History minor.
Education: Graduated from public high school with good grades. Attends Columbia on a Baseball scholarship. The program he is doing is an accelerated pre-med/med program which will allow him to complete his education in 6 years rather than 8.
Activities: Baseball (infield), ice hockey, (center), Track (sprinter). He also plays the guitar and has been in various garage bands. He can be found with his skateboard or his bike almost any day of the week.
Home: House with his Uncle in New York City. Apartment right off Columbia campus shared with a classmate named Rondell
Friends:
- Damien Dresden is his best friend. He met Damien through Lily Potter when he was young and they were good friends. They would visit each other during the summers growing up (Damien lives in Chicago) and continue to stay in touch as they become adults. As far as Bill is concern Damien is his brother.
Lily Potter is another one of his best friends. They met when he and his uncle were visiting London. Belatrix LeStrange attempted to capture him and Lily tried to stop her. Eventually they were both rescued by Harry Dresden.
Alexis (Meade) Malfoy is his best friend who lives in the city. They enjoy watching bad movies while eating pizza and beer. He was the "man of honor" at her wedding to Lucius Malfoy. He would do absolutely anything for her.
Ford is one of Bill's newest friends. They met when Ford moved to New York City to live with his boyfriend, Dio. Bill has also met Ford's alter-ego, Alex.
Tonks," Remus, and Harry Lupin are some more of his wizard friends. He met the Lupins during a trip to visit Lily. He thinks they are also totally awesome, especially Harry. He plans to teach Harry to skateboard eventually. Tonks is often someone he goes to if he really needs to talk for a long time because often she is on the outside of whatever he needs to talk about and is a good listener with good perspective.

Harry Dresden is Damien's father. Bill looks up to him highly and considers him to be something like an uncle.

Appearance
Height: 6’
Eyes: Brown
Hair: Dark and moppy. Often unkempt and in need of a cut.
Face & Complexion: Fairly light skinned. His face is gentle looking and freckled, more freckled in the summer than the rest of the year.
Build: Athletic and fairly muscular, but more lean than built, as shown here
Defining Marks: He’s got a scar on his ankle and a scar across his left shoulder blade. The scar on his ankle was obtained when he was a young child, following his father around. The scar across his shoulder was obtained during a hockey game. He's also got the number 17 tattooed on the upper right side of his chest. This is his jersey number for all his sports.
Dress Style:Casual; mostly jeans and tee shirts with either sports team or bands logos. He does not, however, hesitate to don a shirt and tie when appropriate.
Manner of Speech: Usually grammatically correct but not without normal teenage slang. When talking to a teacher or someone in authority, his discourse is usually more sophisticated. He feels that people are often judged upon their manner of speech and does not want to be one of them.
Manner of Movement:He’s generally very relaxed in his movements. He’s neither a slow nor a fast walker.

Past Relationships: Not many. In high school, Billy dated one or two girls very briefly, namely Denise Serra. His longest relationship last a little more than year and ended in the middle of his senior year of high school. The girl's name was Sam Harper and dumped him for someone else. After that, he decided he had enough relationships and stuck with random hookups and casual sex until he met Hayley. He had a huge crush on Lily Potter as a child.
Present Relationship(s): Hayley Jade Bates girlfriend of 6 months. He met her randomly when he was going through a tough time at school and with his uncle. She listened, they clicked, and here we are. He loves her dearly. She is his peace.

Random tidbits:
Billy has always loved to read. He has often said that all he needs to be happy are good books and interesting places to read them. He’s got a bit of a protective nature, perhaps due to thinking about the sister he never got to protect all the time. He and Uncle Nick get along will enough, but the religious and conservative man often clashes with his nephew.
Bill doesn't smoke but he does drink. He started drinking midway through high school and is an alcoholic, he's admitted this to himself but has yet to do much to change, partially at least because his girlfriend owns and runs a bar and he spends an awful lot of time there or in her apartment above it.
He loves the beach and the mountains equally, thinks they're nuts for wanting to upgrade Shea Stadium, has broken both legs and both arms at different periods in his life and knows a little bit of German.
Along with the sports he plays at school, he’s a decent skateboarder and swimmer. He spent a summer working as a lifeguard on the beach at Coney Island.
He’s a big fan of the New York Mets, New York Knicks, New York Rangers, and Alabama Crimson Tide football. He loves his girlfriend, rock and roll, being outside, and watching bad movies.
He drinks diet Coke and coffee, his favorite color is blue, and he thinks Damien Dresden is the best guitar player on Earth.
He first wanted to become a doctor when he finally accepted the fact that he was not ever going to be a wizard. He thinks doctors are wizards in a way and decided he must become one when he was 8 years old.
