I could really use some help. My son, Austin, has made some really bad choices and is in trouble with the law. He sneaked out of our house when I was sleeping and vandalized school property. I am disappointed and ashamed. I thought that I had taught him well and that when push came to shove that he would do the right thing. I was wrong. I

I'm so sorry. I feel your conflict of emotions. I hope he is able to repair his mistakes, but that it isn't too much for him to handle. I know you love him very much and want him to learn what is right without the cost being too high. I will pray for your family. It sounds like you are really being supportive in the right ways.
