After researching to find out just exactly what a 'pinata' is, I'm afraid I've got some bad news for you, Sideswipe.

Unfortunately, wax won't work to hold the thing together. You have to use some sort of bonding agent.

You sure? Seems like auto wax can make this thin papery stuff stick together if you goop enough of it on before it starts to dry.
