Professor,
I know this isn't the best time to be owling with concerns about our baby, with the current circumstances, (I really wish I could be there to help students with the grieving process, but Dora's exhausting.) but Ted and I are really concerned, and he suggested I owl you.
You see...Dora's eyes...well, they change color. Often. Very often. Ted was holding her the other day, and they were a beautiful vermillion. Later that same day, I was feeding her and they turned chartreuse. Is this a medical problem? Is it fatal treatable? Is something wrong with our baby? Or is this normal for magical babies?
Please respond soon, as this is becoming a rather worrisome matter for the both of us.
Sincerely,
Andromeda Tonks
P.S. If my services are needed for students when they return from the Christmas break, with regards to the death of Miss Zeller, please let me know. I'll find a nanny for Dora.
