A brief snapshot of my current to do list for the first half of this week:

• Get a social security number tomorrow, so I can work. I'm hoping that if I get a SSN it means I can come back and get work more easily after I graduate.
• Buy and send birthday gifts for my sister and mother, preferably sending tomorrow to get there not too late...

You know, I really should buy some health insurance. Simply assuming I'll never be hit by a car or stabbed by a crack dealer won't cut it for an entire year.
