In case you were wondering, I'm still alive. . .Life has been busy lately, so please forgive the lack of updates. AOL 9.0 still doesn't work on my computer. . .I've downloaded all the Windows updates, thinking maybe 9.0 wasn't working because my computer wasn't up to date, but after downloading all the updates it still doesn't work. I know what you mean about packing and cleaning out a grandparent's house. We went thru that w/my dad's parents. It was unbelieveable the stuff we found.
I got back from B'ham yesterday. I enjoyed your little downtown area. I can't say I hated it at all. There were some odd moments, but where doesn't that happen when you're in a new city? To tell you the truth, it was kinda nice being back down in the real south. B/c you and I both know KY is not the real south. They know how to make sweet tea in B'ham and I even got made fun of by my friends b/c my southern accent came back big time. It was good being back in the south, even tho I didn't grow up in B'ham.
We'll have to catch up soon. I'll try to call one of these days soon since we can't talk online right now.
