Two small things - you are welcome to ignore it if you feel it's insignificant (you are an intermediate Japanese student and i'm not) - 胸を突き動かす感情 you said 'it's a feeling that drives in my heart' wouldn't the English equivalent be ' it's a feeling that stirs in my chest'?
こんがらがった relation? Not making sense! A relation that’s was complicated? Not making sense! You don't need 'was' here even though the adjective is past affirmative. Saying 'that's' works just fine :)

Thank you for the translation. I really have to say, Fuma's voice was breathtaking to listen to, and unexpectedly so (for me anyway :D). His song was mostly the only reason why I downloaded the album, forgoing any reason to look for previews of the song so I could judge the whole thing. But, when I read the lyrics WHILE listening to the song, I can't help but think about Akanishi. I don't know, maybe it's the lyrics? I believe it's about having an affair with someone else's girl and then falling in love with her.
Having said all those unnecessary things, I have to say THIS is my favorite song out of the entire album, with teleportation right next to it, and I'll gladly look forward to any Fuma songs in the future :) Thank you very much again for the translation!
