On a serious note, do you have to run an expansion pack to be able to change your sims clothes like that? I know you can use the inSiminator to change their hair and stuff but I really want them in some of the cute outfits I've been collecting. (All your fault, btw. I saw your post where you were like, i'm going to do a legacy! And I was like, lolwut. So I followed the links and an addiction was born. :P)

No! You use a wardrobe. And say "plan outfit" and then you can choose. Mirrors are for hair and makeup. Both come in the base game.

(Nyahahahaha. Tis and evil addiction it is.)
