Just updating to let everyone know that I survived the crazy Seattle wind storm. We still don't have power at my parents' house or anywhere around it, really, but for some weird reason there's a tiny pocket of houses around the house I nanny for that have power. So I'm charging my computer and my phone and hoping the power will be back everywhere

Just like ice storm over here, 10 years ago. We went 10 days without power...in sub-zero weather :)
