OK so!  Guard peeps, let's work this out. So far, I've been assuming:

1. Godric was arrested.
2. Godric was questioned.
3. Godric was briefly imprisoned.

The latter would've ended when he called on Ishmael to bail him out, but I don't want him to get away scott-free.  There's his reputation that'll suffer, yeah, but what about other side effects

Cael will gladly rape his mind question him. He would likely ask him the standard i.e. did you know it was happening, how did it manage to escape your notice when you are the head of your organisation, where he thought Duncan got the bodies from, what connections he had within the gaol, etc.etc. he would also ask about the other members of that section of the hour, whether there had been any students involved - and he would ask probing questions about OTHER experiments happening in the hour.

What would Godric be thinking?

In general, there'd be a lot of impatience, a lot of "interfering with MY organization" wharrgarbl. His "story" on the outside (that you would not need to be a telepath to disbelieve) will be that he had no idea that was going on, he tended to leave the medical dept to their own thing and concentrated on Belief. The latter part is mostly true (he did tend to leave the med people alone) but obviously he did know what was going on and his thoughts would reflect that.

He will immediately think of graveyards as the "where" Duncan took from, but it would be a guess rather than a fact; he never went with him. Unless Duncan specifically mentioned it to him (Guin?) Godric would not know anything about connections within prison. Yes to student involvement in his head, "I don't know" outloud.

As far as other experiments, he'd probably just start thinking about Belief, Cita's appearance, etc. Nothing especially sinister, just extremely callous. No remorse whatsoever. :D)-/

I don't think Duncan ever mentioned it, because he was getting a lot of his live criminals from Lynea; it was basically her form of justice for people the Guard wouldn't arrest in the Grounds. I imagine if they were getting people from prisons directly, it would be someone other than Duncan with that connection.

Also Duncan wasn't in charge of this stuff, just very heavily involved.

And yeah, I know he wasn't in charge, but its easier to say "duncan" ooc than "duncan and other npcs that cut people up".

Damica would insist on a house arrest type deal like what the Citadel had but probably not much more than that cause hey it's fair right same punishments >_>

Do you mean house arrest in his actual house or in the Hour? He'd def fight the former and argue he can't run the place from his house. He is totally cool with sleeping in his office, though because he probably does anyway.

Well if Diana pushed for at his house Damica would probably do the same. But nobody's saying he can't have people come over so hey.

Diana would be for both the stationing of guards for observation and for the house arrest of Godric. She'd probably push for Godric to be at his actual house at first from his protests (it's called a punishment for a reason), but people can vote against her and such.

She'd also suggest a routine monthly inspection of the medical department for a while, but again, people are free to veto this idea.

I'm totally down w/ the house arrest thing, he'd just be very whiny about it and might kidnap a neophyte and/or Ezra so he still has someone around to do shit for him.

Ezra is obvs involved in the investigations too. If cael gets him he is clearly very much more remorseful and he is thinking about THINGS, like omg ghosts and werewolves and things are going wrong and where did it all start and vida hates him and omgosh almira pregnant and almost due and oh gosh it's his this is terrible what if godric gets arrested what about the hour and who will organize it ree must be so angry my brother is so disappointed sob
