Dee is in a pretty good place right now! Terrible things are happening to her friends & family, but she is pretty zen. She's sort of busy with the shop which allows her to push things like people messing with Belief and making an heir for Diya to the back of her mind. These things will probably boomerang around and hit her right in the face but it's nice to have someone in my cast not self-destructing she's happy to not be constantly stressed.
She's very content looking after people, so Elia and Siann staying with her makes her feel like she has some purpose. Dee thrives on being busy and taking care of others and now she's out of the guard being overprotective of her siblings and friends seems like the next best thing. So far she hasn't meddled too much but. It's really only a matter of time before she starts.
Zafer is not having fun right now! In his eyes he's become a monster, and while his first reaction was basically to hole himself up and ignore everything about it, he's gone from denial to full on rage.
He wasn't kidding when he said he feels like he has nothing left to live for. Take Cita out of the equation and he's left feeling completely alone. He feels as though he's been robbed of his humanity and he's got really no idea on what to do next.
He's in the awkward position of wanting to eat people but also not wanting to eat people - he's likely to give himself into the guard should he eat anyone other than Godric or Rei.
So I guess folks from the Hour should look forward to having Zafer living under their cupboards and swiping at them when they walk past like an angry cat!
Mari never really got over the trauma of her family's deaths and while in six years she did make some progress, she's sort of regressed a lot since Rhys died. Not completely though; it's more five steps forward, two steps back

Iseut's pretty calm right now. She doesn't really want to be in Tyrol for the winter and far prefer the out-of-city estates of her family, but she's old enough now to be given reasonable free reign of the city and she finds most of it fascinating. Most of the issues of the city haven't affected her, but she can feel them in the air and does keep an eye on her ledger, so part of what she looks for is ways that what she reads translates to what she sees as she walks.
It's not much, but it's enough that she can see some bits of it and can make connections. What she's going to do with any of it, she doesn't know, but it's enough for her right now to know it.
Mallory is living his days in confusion and spending about half the day actively attempting to tangle the web of confusion into something that he can understand and accept, and the other half of the day doing his best to forget it and focus on other things. Most of his thoughts are along the vein of what he should think, not what he wants to think, although he'll occasionally realize it and try to move his thoughts into that direction before swinging back into what he should do. He is a Cancellarius without an Occia, who appointed him and ran off in the space of a day. He's the youngest of the entire group, the one with the least experience and who had been gone for a long, long time and only just returned to the Citadel. He doesn't want to ask others on what he should be doing, but really has no idea what that is

Fourth time trying to write this! I will keep it simple for my own sake. Rowan’s currently becoming aware of his responsibility in general, something he’s managed to dodge his whole life because as much as he plays and being a big brother, he’s still the spoiled youngest of his family. However, the fact he was picked to support the Hour in case of attack awakened awareness of the fact that other people considered him responsible and having to live up to that. In addition, he also has to be the “adult” within his group of friends because the previous adult is recovering from a serious head injury, he is being vaulted to a much higher level of seniority in the Hour than he should due to his actual seniority thanks to the fact many Adepts have died or left, plus he is active on the Ledgers, which makes him far more accessible to the higher ups than those that ignore it, and that he has/had to make a decision to leave the Hour due to the vivisection scandal or remain and take responsibility in not allowing that sort of thing to happen

Ishmael is not in a great place! His daughters are gone and the son he feels obligated to love but can't is the only true family he has left. Family has never meant that much to Ishmael, but now, feeling devoid of it, he's starting to realize that even when Katrin and his father were terrible, they were still like him. Arman, to Ishmael, has all his and Katrin's faults with none of their virtues. Arman is clever, but he doesn't have Katrin's resolve or Ishmael's empathy. Simply put, he just doesn't know what to do with his son and is more than happy to ignore him most of the time. hey guys i play good fathersThe business with Godric is terrifying. Though they're established friends, Ishmael understands that Godric is basically an ambition cased in ruffles and a stupid haircut. If House Bharquite gets in the way of his ambition, he'll Believe someone from another House king. As Ishmael does not want to see his family hanged, he'll encourage Godric as softly as he can. Of course he can't say anything to the Timekeeper or Magisters for

Moirine is hanging by a thread. If she wasn't so single-minded, she would have collapsed by now. Her pride and stubbornness, which used to be hindrances, are fueling her these days. Honestly, if she'd been a rational person, she would have ruined herself by now. After so many years of doing nothing for herself, she cracked a bit. She wants desperately to take care of herself, Allen, and the baby. With such a warped view of how things operate outside the citadel, she'll keep trying until she succeeds or breaks herself

Recently, Lena's been very, very confused. She has no idea what exactly is happening to her, and there is no concrete way of explaining it. She's prettier than a human should be, sounds better than a human should, and drowns things with an ardor more violent than anyone should have. The last thing unhinges her more than she's willing to acknowledge. Lena may be a bitch, but she's never known herself to be physically violent toward other living things. The trail of dead forest creatures she's left behind in the span of three days is absolutely frightening. Inside, she is distraught and lost

Dominic is, over the next few days, going to have another setback as the engagement between himself and Lorelei will be dissolved. No matter what the official reasons will be, Dominic will manage to twist it around so that it is, as it could only ever be, his fault. He is the third son, he is crippled, and he has nothing save a name and a small inheritance by which to attract a mate; why any family, even the scandal-filled Evandros' line, would want to attach themselves to him is a mystery. It makes much more sense that Lorelei has now been removed from the picture. He is, again, a failure. Baw

Silence has been relatively quiet of late, as Jai has needed to be more forefront in his dealings through the Gang War. Silence acts as executioner, and will continue along this front, although he is very tempted to call in his favour with Godric. He wishes the Sabreme family misfortune, most particularly Cataline Sabreme for all the reasons (namely that she's a woman, and she's got backbone. This is not allowed.) and he is most tempted to see what Mari's werewolf restaurant will do with regards to business. He would like to try and get more connections within the political side of the city, as he feels that as age encroaches he should be looking to entrench and find someone to start training up. Realistically the selection and training of one's heir takes a good decade, and so he can't, in his opinion, start too soon. The death of Rhys has been a setback, and Ira so far has not proved himself of the same calibre --- although his latest scheme has definitely caught his attention

Caelus is lately battling a lot with the influx of Belief, although he doesn't realise that's what's going on. He's taken a downturn in his work output, takes longer 'breaks', and is surlier than customary due to a lack of sleep caused by coming home extremely late and drunk - if he comes home at all.
As it stands he has no immediate short term goals other than self-gratification, but he comes out of it enough to show up for work, and the telltale signs of caring a little about what he does still surface occasionally. He did want to master some more of his telepathy, but his mother's reaction to it over the Nikita affair has somewhat put a dampener on his motivation, and that on top of having a good time has reduced that need to almost nil.
He is very tempted to get Lena into bed. Sorry Dee.
