Be on the lookout for a [slight pause] flaming black dog.
It apparently ran into Cancellarius Wellington outside the East gate, doing some damage to him and escaping before he could kill it.
I'm not really sure what to think. But with the recent mob activity I would rather it not get sparked back up by some Other running amok.

Apparently the dog is related to one Silas Bergost, and was lured to that location to play 'fetch'.
The Cancellarius made no mention of the man, only the dog.

Current known details are:
It is large, about 4-5 feet in height.
Breathes fire.
Bleeds fire and ash.
No extra body parts.
Speaks fluently.
Can burn people easily - be wary.

Could I get further detail on the description of the beast, Cancellarius? Size, or any other details that may have seemed unusual, such as extra heads.
