So Santa did come, albeit late and in the form of my mother.

We went shopping the day after Christmas and I got all kinds of goodies: a fossil watch, make up make up make up, tons of clothes and other neccessities. It was good fun and it's sad to say that material things do make me happy.

There is nothing wrong with material things making you happy, just as long as they aren't the only things that make you happy, and you don't have to worry about that.
