The Queen's people shop at any place that has the royal crest above the main entrance as its been granted a warrant of sale or something like that. Harrod's and several other places have them. But some things are ordered in bulk straight from a supplier (like cases of Veuve and I believe Cadburys chocolate sculptures) so those brands are allowed to print the crest on their packaging as well.

And to add to your thought, how many of our soldiers would die for their president?

There is a list of items required and requested for the running of the queen's household which includes all staff and visitors etc and the food is delivered. The queen does not carry money except once a year when she hands out a purse of coins to certain people who qualify in a ceremony that has gone back to who knows when but the coins only total about 12p these days.

Anyway, if the queen wants something specific she has to tell her staff who order it in and it gets delivered with the rest of the usual delivery, though I'm sure if she ever had a craving for something someone would go out and get it for her.

The queen does eat British meat, but also some other meats from selected places such as New Zealand lamb, but Prince Charles does own several farms and so they have access to all his produce.
