when i was a kid we always passed it on the way to my grandparents' house. it was my favorite part of the drive. my mom would always make some comment about how they rent rooms by the hour and that would whoooosh right over my head.

foster is sort of far north but honestly the far north rules. the joke is currently that i don't know anything south of irving park.
if the place is on carmen or something like that between broadway and clark i would flip my lid because THAT IS MY NEIGHBORHOOD and i am v. happy about my neighborhood.
there's a place across the street from where i am (ainslie & magnolia) that has multi-bedrooms and is renting. i could call them and see what they are looking for.
