we got an apartment! it's 99% ours as we haven't signed the lease yet. we will tomorrow. and because the landlord seemed 100% non-crazy, i think this one's in the bag, people! so long as, say, the landlord wasn't a figment of our imaginations, he refuses any other currency besides spacebucks, etc
