French film

What more it there to say? I saw La Vie en Rose yesterday at the Egyptian. It was the first show of the day, and the audience was about 10 older people and me. The movie tells the story of famous French singer Edith Piaf ("piaf" is French slang for sparrow) who lived from about 1916 to 1963. I read a review somewhere that pretty much seconded what you had to say. I think I'll rent it eventually, as I could probably get a lot of it without the subtitles. I don't really like her singing style, but she's such a classic French icon.

P.S. How's your laptop??

I wasn't sure about the singing either, but it didn't really impact my impression of the movie much in the end.

The laptop is awesome! Everyone should get a Macbook.
