You helped me with my memories before; if anything, we're even.

It doesn't work that way. You're not a fremen, your culture doesn't have that concept.

Mine does, and I am bound by it. Command me as you wish.

Ask anything of me within my power.

There are a number of answers I could make to the first question. Dreamstone, a material of remarkable strength and conductivity for magical powers, was used to construct all manner of remarkable devices. Mana, the intangible substance by which these machines were powered and which allows us to cast spells, was also intrinsically valuable.

But above all else, I would say... time.

Loyalty is the willingness to do anything for the good of the person you are loyal to. This does not necessarily mean absolute obedience to them... people often do not know what they truly need. Rather, it means devoting your will to finding the actions that will be best for them.

A wise answer. So the powerful of your world were those who could effectively control "mana" and "dreamstone"?

I know much of the uses of time.

Yes. Though Dreamstone largely vanished into the depths of the earth after the first cataclysm, as did much knowledge of the use of Mana. Which I suppose merely made both more precious...

Time was the weapon I and my... allies used to achieve a victory that should have been impossible.

Hmm but it's unsustainable, is it? And where does blastia come from? Is it mined? Grown? Harvested?

An old difficulty. Powerful technology always has a downside but humans do not wish to admit this. They want to believe they can gain without giving up anything in return.

Are you alright, Leto?

Water is just as precious in my world. Water and PLANTs.

As for loyalty... I'd have to think about it.

Better than I was yesterday. The Malnosso ran me through a test.

What type of plants? Are you using them as a terraformation project?

As long as you're better.

Well, in a way. They aren't the kind of plants you probably are thinking of.

Have you fully recovered from your illness? Switching to such a humid environment can be taxing for people like us.

Then in the sense of "power plants"?
