Nothing says we can't celebrate all the new years~ if you know the date, we can celebrate yours, too.

[ Rangiku will drink to them all. =) Particularly since she's... pretty sure this isn't her new years. If she had one. Passing time is less of an event and more of a statement of fact where she's from. ]
