we found the most beautiful house on the border of brockley/new cross (zone2), it was only £55/week. it was this four story victorian town house, it had 6 bedrooms but only 4 will be used, the other two are negotiable as spare rooms although are bigger than my current room and this lovely MA fine art student has rented the living room/dining room
