*hugs ... but not too close*

Sorry you aren't feeling well, steed. The only undesirable thing about a magnificent steed is a magnificent steed with a magnificent cold ...

Not a cold. Have no idea what it is and can only hope it gets better soon. Can barely make mortgage payments and need to buy hay. Nothing left for a Doctor.

Milk of magnesia? That's a laxative, love. I wouldn't be taking that. Immodium and Milk of Magnesia are exact opposites, one cancels out the other.

You're describing a digestive upset that is normally self-purging. I'd recommend some yogurt to help reset the intestinal flora, and nothing with caffeine in it until the problem stops.

Kaopectate and Immodium are similar in function. You don't need both. Peptobismol is also sometimes recommended, but I wouldn't take two of these at once.

If you're not having stomach upset from eating, eat bland, low fiber foods for a couple of days. Dairy products like yogurt and cheese, eggs, white bread or rice.

Try a bannana and peanut butter sammich with milk.

Also, soup, you can never go wrong with soup.
