We do, however, still have the right to freedom of religion (or non-religion), freedom of speech, and security and privacy in our homes and persons. Those things ARE in the Bill of Rights and Bush and his Republican bootlickers do NOT have the legal ability to take them away for any reason, no matter how much they keep trying to do so.

If 8 was enacted pre-1989 we'd be living in a totalitarian world
the likes of which Dick Cheny couldn't even imagine for wet dreams.
If we let 9 stand, that way leads to revolution.
