As some of you know because I had to ask you about it, I have been having issues with my Friends Page. I have to scroll down to find recent entries and some of them are at the top of the page and stay there. They never move. Other times an entry will be out of chronological order and appear between older entries by other people. I contacted LJ ( Read more... )

I wasn't being "testy". I explained why I am not going to change my lj settings--the people I want to have access to it, are able to have that access by me having it set to "friends only" and I don't wish it to be public. I suggested removing me (temporarily or permanently) as a means to help you resolve your problem. I was attempting to be at least a little helpful by offering a secondary solution to your problem.

I'm sorry this upsets you to the point to where you have to complain about my decision. Last time I checked, I was not obligated to "obey" you. Thank you very much.

Wow...if she hasn't removed you yet...if I were her...after this comment...you'd have your ass kicked to the curb. It just makes me wonder who pissed in your cornflakes this morning >.>

No one 'pissed in my cornflakes'. There are so many things going on in here that eventually something is going to be taken the wrong way. What I said to Devil is the same thing I said to a few. It was not malicious in any way. At least I hope it wasn't and took pains to try and be sure it was not. I asked. If they said no then so be it. I can deal with that. As I said to Devil, the tone I got back from her was not a nice one as far as the feeling I got. I hope she and I can resolve that.

I have that happen sometimes...usually from a meme or quiz someone posts. I just have a friends filter called 'fucked up friend's page' that I edit each time it happens.

I don't lock mine or make them friends only. If I have to do a rant, I use my other journal.
