Water therapy sounds nice, but going back to work doesn't! Hang in there, and happy birthday.

Thanks. Water therapy is nice. The water is warm and it helps the joints. The hardest part is getting out of the pool. My muscle problems make it very difficult.

My back was doing great, until the barometer started dropping like a stone last night...

I know. It's gotten really cold and windy, so of course now I'm stiff and sore.
